Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital held The First "L&Z Cup" Speech Contest on October 9, 2020. The speech contest officially kicked off after Director Hu Sanlian’s wonderful opening remarks. The young contestants revolved around their own personal experiences and insights in their study and work, showing their abilities on the stage, showing their own unique style. After fierce competition, a total of 1 "first prize", 3 "second prize" and 6 "third prize" were produced. This speech contest provided a stage and opportunity for young medical staff in the department to show themselves and improve themselves; it enhanced the exchanges between colleagues and delivered positive energy; and enhanced the self-confidence of young people and the honor of the department. After the awards, the jury commented on the speech contest, pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of the contestants' speeches, and encouraged everyone to sum up their experience and make persistent efforts. This activity is an innovative model experiment of L&Z, which has been strongly supported by the leaders of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital and praised by the key nursing students. Meanwhile, L&Z will continue to assume the backbone of change in the new situation, continue to innovate, and take the improvement of medical care and patient experience as the starting point, fulfill the company's mission, and protect the lives of patients.
